Coolest Ride and Tie Selected as 2026 Ride and Tie Association West Region Championship
Cool, CA — The 2026 Coolest Ride and Tie has been officially designated as the Ride and Tie Association West Region Championship event.
The championship will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Olmstead Loop Trailhead, located at 7200 St Florian Ct, Cool, CA. The event will feature both Ride & Tie and Equathon competitions, welcoming experienced teams and newcomers alike.

2026 Distances & Entry Fees
Ride & Tie
- Long Course: 21 miles — $160 per team
- Short Course: 9 miles — $125 per team
Equathon
- Long Course: 21 miles — $160 per team
(12-mile rider / 9-mile runner) - Short Course: 12 miles — $125 per team
(6-mile rider / 6-mile runner)

Membership Requirement
Registration fees do not include mandatory Ride and Tie Association membership. All participants must be members in good standing and provide a valid membership number to compete.
